Kirkby House is a delightful semi-detached cottage located alongside the harbour in the town of Whitby, and the North York Moors and Coast. With three bedrooms, including one double, a single and a twin, this cottage can sleep five people. The rest of the cottage includes a bathroom, a cloakroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside, there is roadside parking available on a first come, first served basis, and an enclosed courtyard garden. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: This property is accessed by a cobbled slope and 15 steps down from The Ropery or 48 steps up from Church Street. Note: The cottage is in a residential area. Please respect the neighbours if you are sitting out at night and keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm.
